Order processing time

 

All orders require a 1-2 business day processing time. Please be aware that during sale periods, orders will take 4-5 business days to process. Weekends and holidays to not count as business days.  Once orders are processed you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

We only ship to verified billing addresses when making a payment with your credit card. This means if you pay with a credit card, your order has to be shipped to your billing address. If you need to pay with a cc and want to ship to an address different from your billing address please email hello@envyluxuryextensions.com.

We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
